1. Our Products
All our products are hand-poured soy wax candles and melts, carefully crafted and personally checked before packaging to ensure the highest quality.

2. Receiving Your Order
Please check your order upon delivery. If any items are damaged or missing, contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the affected products so we can resolve the issue promptly.

3. Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return a product that is not faulty or damaged, please note:

• Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

• You are responsible for the postage cost to return the item to us.

• You are also responsible for the postage cost of any replacement product sent back to you.

Refunds for non-faulty returns will be issued once the item has been received in its original condition.

For products that are faulty or damaged, we will replace or refund the item at no additional cost. Contact us promptly with photographs so we can resolve the matter.

4. Payment

We accept payments via secure online methods including credit/debit cards and PayPal. Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver orders locally and nationwide within the UK.

• Delivery costs and estimated times will be displayed at checkout.

• While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, delivery times may vary, especially during busy periods or due to unforeseen delays.
